Typically the management utilities are available, but hosted websites are not responding (including trying to browse directly to the ip address) which at first glance would sound to me like a problem with Apache or a pause while waiting for a "hung virtual machine" to be restarted on new hardware. What software generates the report shown above? Do you have any suggestions for any other software that I might be able to use to monitor their actual uptime?
