I have had a WebHostingPad account for about 6 weeks now and I have been seeing a disappointing amount of downtime. Typically the management utilities are available, but hosted websites are not responding (including trying to browse directly to the ip address) which at first glance would sound to me like a problem with Apache or a pause while waiting for a “hung virtual machine” to be restarted on new hardware.
What software generates the report shown above? Do you have any suggestions for any other software that I might be able to use to monitor their actual uptime?
