Webhostingpad uptime for September 2008: 89% over the Internet
Previous month’s webhostingpad service uptime was bad, recorded at just 87% service uptime only. This month, webhostingpad uptime sucks again, recorded at just 89% over the internet. With over 742 service downtime/problem detected. Their hosting services down for hour+ each day. Refer to statistic below, we can see the service downtime occur each day.
Webhostingpad server response time was very slow at just 2.3 second. Might be some problem with their hosting server performance or overloading issue.

My experience has been similar – in about 18 months of using webhostingpad as a service, I can categorically say that if you’re at all interested in receiving emails sent to you, want any sort of up-time over 99% (not much to ask), need to present professionally, or want your data safe, webhostingpad is not for you. Huge mistake, brutally unprofessional at times, in constant denial of their pathetic performance, and rarely providing what they contractually committed to, webhostingpad is, simply put, a rip-off.
I would say that connecting through ssh to my web-site works one out of every five times, and ping response times in the 400-900ms range are the rule when ping is not flat timing out, plus I get constant complaints of emails bouncing when set to my webhostingpad-hosted domain.
